A pandemonium of particles, an orbit of turning points in space around the technoshaman speaking moistly, leaking ghosts too heavy to fly.

“Low on light, holding on tight to streaks and clumps of it, ‘till your hunting it, tumble through tunnels lit at the end, the glow you never touched, crumbled tripping hushed mumbles flow through silence wondering, you know it wasn’t much, hold on.”

Inviting the agency of the recording itself into the compositional process, following its leaks, spills and flows, a relational music is made. Following detours, following strangers, a theatre of liquid fiction is staged with conceptual personae. Leaking Ghosts take up these experiments and more on their debut record Too Heavy to Fly, a collection of 14 tracks that are the sedimentation of a gradual, ever shifting process of composition: each song folds upon the next, contaminating, muddying, shifting conditions.

Leaking Ghosts is the musical moniker of Vincent Paradis-Montplaisir and Jonah Orion Bild-Lowrie.
